This lounge located in Terminal 4, LHR
flying with business class, enjoying the first class experience
Subtle entrance...First/Business class share the same lounge
Work station...sadly not providing Macs,
Printers were available..
Wifi: Fast and stable, watching Apple iPhone 7 event live!
Smooth and synchronise with others
Upon sitting down, welcome drink ready
A la Carte Menu,
also comes with buffet table
Wine list
Pan Seared Sea Bass,
served with buttered new potatoes and wilted spinach
2nd main course
Spicy Prawn and Mango Curry,
served with steamed rice
Big bowl of curry, rice in small amount though
this little shrimp just tasteless if without curry
more on a sweeten side of curry
After dinner, bathing is a must when visiting a lounge
Just average in terms of bathing room size when compared to other top lounges
L'OCCITANE amenities
Bad: not full for each bottle, given the fact that this is really small in volume
Plenty of amenities provided though
Love this cushioned slippers...just comfortable and stylish!
Water pressure was OK...but not for massage purpose
Overall, this lounge was amazing, especially when I was entering with a business class ticket
Some improvements can be made in terms of first class lounge
Still, brilliant as a satellite lounge, (even better than BA's)
For those visiting T4 holding business/first class ticket with oneworld alliance,
I do suggest visiting this one
Noted: Oneworld elite status not entitled to this lounge, you must present a business/first class ticket
